...

After this i used a canvas to present my work, i did a literal copy. I got this image from my inspirations page just floating about the internet. I decided ultimately the idea and style was successful and moved on to thoughts of my final piece.

The beginning of my final piece.

After trial and improvement methods i began to consider thoughts of a final piece and a theme to it. After looking through inspirations and style of my artist and his illustrated work i decided on the theme "Broken home". I also got inspiration from my own work- my introduction page with the different styles of doors. I decided to work in a style i had already discovered. This was taking watercolour and applying this firstly to my material and shortly after using sharpie or fine liner to illustrate. I attempted a scene of a street,  including houses and buildings. I liked the idea and the thought behind it. Broken home is not always obvious and certain people have certain problems that is not always addressed, i have chosen to show this in my work and create a final piece based on this message.

Tests.

Spill.Drop.Break.

I took the theme of my project literally and chose to take a canvas and "Spill" it "Drop" it "Break" it. This was simple and yet sometimes the most uncreative thoughts are inspiring.

Wreck this journal.

To open my thoughts and ideas i decided to try out a wreck this journal, giving me creativity and inspiration and the thought to be wild when creating art.

Paint, Balloons and a Sharp Tool.

Spill, Drop, Break. There is a famous scene created in The Princess Diaries. Both the mother and daughter throw darts at a canvas filled with balloons that contain paint, I decided that I would try it out.
